Monika Mika-Bodek
She is registered with the National Chamber of Tax Advisors (KIDP) under registration number 13294 and holds the Ministry of Finance Accounting Certificate No. 29057/2008, authorizing her to provide professional bookkeeping and accounting services.
She graduated from the Cracow University of Economics with a degree in Finance, specializing in Financial Auditing. She also completed postgraduate studies in Restructuring and Insolvency Law (Corporate Restructuring and Liquidation). She is a licensed Restructuring Advisor and Insolvency Trustee, registered in the National Register of Restructuring Advisors (KIDR) under registration number 2103.
For several years, she lectured in accounting and finance at the Technical School of Economics in Kraków and conducted professional training courses for various educational institutions. She also holds a teaching qualification issued by the Cracow University of Economics.
Since 2007, she has been running her own accounting practice, providing comprehensive services in accounting, taxation, payroll, and human resources. She specializes in financial accounting, tax compliance, and advisory services for businesses.
She has extensive experience working with accounting software as well as public administration systems, including the Płatnik system and PFRON.. She also possesses in-depth knowledge of international tax regulations, including double taxation treaties, and VAT compliance in Poland and other European Union Member States.
She also serves as a Court Expert Witness in the fields of accounting, taxation, payroll, and human resources, preparing expert opinions for courts and other judicial authorities.
Agnieszka Bednarek

The Graduate of University of Technology in Cracow. She is certificated in a lot of courses, such as taking up and developing of business and “Academy for an independent accountant”.
Practitioner, since 2010 works in an accounting office, she has a very good knowledge regarding accounting and payroll services for companies.
High quality of the services stays in focus of her job. She is client-oriented and a team-player, much appreciated by colleagues.
Anna Kostrzewa
Accountant
The Gradutate of State University of Applied Sciences in Nowy Sącz, in faculty of economy. She works in our team since 2017.
The expert in full accounting and payroll and HR settlements.
She is certificated in different courses such as: “Rules of accounting”, “Payroll and HR specialist”, “Płatnik program”, “Optima-program from A to Z”, “Accountant with practice in accounting office”, “Revenue and expense ledger”, “Labour law”, also courses which took place in our office, but also “Actual practice in financial settlements”, a course taught by dr Krzysztof Biernacki.
She has a very good knowledge in the polish tax low but also regarding the accounting act.
Her domain is to provide services on the highest level. She is using verbal and non-verbal communication skills in order to solve the problem quick and accurate.
Paulina Guzik
Accountant
She graduated from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków with a degree in Management and has been a member of our team since November 2017.
She specializes in providing comprehensive accounting services for businesses maintaining full accounting records, the Polish Tax Book of Revenues and Expenses (KPiR), and lump-sum taxation on recorded revenue. She also has extensive expertise in payroll, human resources, social security, and settlements with the Polish Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) and the State Fund for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons (PFRON). She is highly proficient in accounting and payroll software, the PŁATNIK system, and the ZUS Electronic Services Platform (PUE ZUS). Her broad range of competencies enables her to provide clients with comprehensive support in both accounting and HR/payroll matters.
She is committed to continuous professional development. She is currently pursuing a degree in Accounting and Controlling at the Higher School of Business – National Louis University in Nowy Sącz, further expanding her expertise in accounting, finance, and management control.

Karolina Michalska
Accountant, Advertisement Specialist
The Graduate of the 4th Technical College in Nowy Sącz, speciality „Technician of advertisement management”. She is responsible for PR of the company, promotion and sales of our services but also daily customer service.
She joined out team 2020. She still develops her skills of creative thinking. She builds an active relationship with our clients and cares for making them active and fulfilled partners in business.
Thanks to course ”Finance and accounting worker with computer skills” she can use her knowledge of advertising and marketing in accounting.

She possesses extensive knowledge and practical experience in financial accounting, payroll and human resources, as well as simplified accounting systems, including lump-sum taxation on recorded revenue and the Polish Tax Book of Revenues and Expenses (KPiR). She applies her expertise in her daily work, ensuring accuracy, reliability, timeliness, and full compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations.
She has been a member of our team since January 2022. She continuously develops her professional qualifications by participating in specialized courses and training programs in accounting, taxation, payroll, human resources, and changes in current legislation.
Monika Motak
Accountant
She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting, specializing in Accounting and Financial Auditing, from the Cracow University of Economics. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Financial Audit, further expanding her expertise in accounting, financial reporting, and auditing.
She has been a member of our accounting firm since 2022.
Her daily responsibilities include the comprehensive management of full accounting records, the Polish Tax Book of Revenues and Expenses (KPiR), and revenue records for businesses using simplified accounting methods. She continuously develops her professional qualifications by participating in specialized courses and training programs in accounting and taxation.
She is a dedicated and responsible professional who approaches both her responsibilities and client relationships with commitment, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Olga Haus-Mika
International Tax and Compliance Specialist
She holds a degree in Swedish Philology from the Jagiellonian University and supports clients in fulfilling tax and administrative obligations in international markets.
At Centrum Rozliczeń, she is responsible for the comprehensive handling of international tax and administrative matters. She assists clients with the preparation of tax returns, VAT registrations, procedures related to the German holiday fund (SOKA-BAU) and the German Customs Administration (Zoll), as well as obtaining construction withholding tax exemption certificates (Freistellungsbescheinigung). She oversees the proper execution of administrative procedures and ensures efficient communication with foreign authorities, focusing primarily on Germany, Austria, and Sweden.
She is fluent in German, English, and Swedish, enabling her to communicate directly with tax authorities and public institutions across Europe. Thanks to her language skills and experience in international administrative procedures, she effectively supports clients in completing formalities outside Poland.
Ewelina Jarzmik

She graduated from the Cracow University of Economics with a degree in Accounting and Financial Auditing.
Within our accounting firm, she is responsible for providing full accounting services to companies operating in international markets. She supports businesses engaged in trade and cooperation with countries including Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, the Czech Republic, Ireland, Slovakia, and China.
She specializes in the accounting and tax treatment of international transactions, including intra-Community acquisitions and supplies of goods (ICA/ICS), triangular and simplified transactions, as well as the import and export of goods and services both within the European Union and with non-EU countries.

Maria Mrozowska
HR and Payroll Specialist
She graduated from the University of Management and Banking in Kraków. She has extensive experience in human resources, payroll, and office administration. She specializes in supporting entrepreneurs in the areas of social security and comprehensive HR and payroll services.
On a daily basis, she is responsible for registering businesses with the social security system, preparing and submitting social security documentation, and handling monthly contribution settlements. She assists clients from the very beginning of their business journey, guiding them through company registration, social insurance formalities, and ongoing compliance with the obligations imposed by the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS). She is also responsible for maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and providing day-to-day HR support to businesses.
She is recognized for her professionalism, reliability, and excellent interpersonal skills. She graduated from the State Higher Vocational School with a degree in Economics. As a member of our team, she is responsible for accounting, the organization and coordination of training courses, as well as the professional management of the office and reception.

Adrian Banaś

He graduated from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków and the Tarnów Academy. He has been a member of our accounting firm since 2024.
His daily responsibilities include maintaining the Polish Tax Book of Revenues and Expenses (KPiR), keeping records for businesses taxed under the lump-sum taxation regime, and preparing VAT settlements. He also supports clients in obtaining public grants and funding, as well as providing accounting services for non-governmental organizations (NGOs).
He works with the Comarch Optima accounting system, ensuring the accuracy of financial records and the efficient flow of accounting documentation. In his daily work, he emphasizes an analytical approach, strong organizational skills, and the development of practical, legally compliant solutions.

Joanna Kukla

Justyna Horosin
HR Specialist
She graduated from Józef Piłsudski Economic Technical School No. 1 in Brzesko.
She has been working as an HR Specialist since April 2025, continuously developing her expertise in comprehensive HR and payroll administration.
Her daily responsibilities include preparing employment contracts and civil law agreements, processing payroll, maintaining HR and payroll documentation, and managing employee personnel files. She is also responsible for preparing employment-related documentation concerning new hires, changes to employment conditions, leave management, sick leave, and the termination of employment.
She supports the efficient management of employee documentation, monitors the validity of mandatory medical examinations and occupational health and safety (OHS) training, and ensures that all HR documentation complies with current labor law regulations. She also prepares employment certificates and handles day-to-day HR matters.

Szymon Nowak

He graduated from the University of Applied Sciences in Nowy Sącz with a Master’s degree in Economics and Corporate Finance. He has been a member of our team since 2024 and has been actively involved in carrying out his responsibilities since the beginning of his professional career.
He works in the accounting department, where he is responsible for maintaining accounting records for businesses and handling procedures related to obtaining A1 certificates for individuals working within the European Union. In his daily work, he applies his knowledge of economics and finance to ensure the accurate, timely, and efficient completion of all assigned tasks.
